Dr. Neha Chaturvedi

Dr. Neha Chaturvedi is a corporate trainer, POSH consultant, and communication expert with a PhD in English and 18+ years of experience in training, placements, and employee development. She has conducted POSH awareness and sensitisation sessions for industries including hospitality, retail, banking, BPO, education, and corporate organisations. She also serves as an External IC Member and is actively associated with awareness and training initiatives in collaboration with the Women and Child Development Department, Madhya Pradesh. Her training approach combines legal understanding with practical workplace scenarios, engagement activities, and behavioural learning methodologies.
